VHP | Virginia High Performance is an Elite Performance Facility based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States.
Creating a holistic approach in 2016, VHP’s proprietary program The Continue Mission Program, is tackling issues like chronic pain, physical conditioning, cognitive decline, poor diet, down regulation of the central nervous system, transition, emotional regulation and sleep. 

In May of 2023, we expanded the VHP Continue Mission Program to the West Coast with our programmatic partners, the Navy SEAL Foundation. Through a generous and incredible endeavor, the San Diego partnered facility, the Warrior Fitness Program, was established. Through this partnership, we are now able to double our reach to Active Duty and Veterans Operators on the West Coast.
