Since 2005, we have grown from a small family business into one of the largest development companies in Slovakia, with ambitions and successes on the international stage.

Our vision is to create affordable housing that combines high-quality craftsmanship, practical solutions, and thoughtfully designed architecture. We aim to cater to a broad spectrum of clients, delivering homes that meet the diverse needs of modern living.

We provide complex services throughout the whole development process – from the initial design in our in-house studio, obtaining all necessary permits, sales, client modifications, to the final delivery of keys to new homeowners. Our clients benefit from comprehensive care for their investment, including financial advisory services, ensuring their journey to a new home is as seamless as possible.

Our portfolio features standout projects like Matadorka, Starý Háj, Vila Ľadová, RNDZ, Moruše, Topolčianska, and Gerlach Rezort. At VI GROUP, we don’t just build apartments – we create homes that bring together beauty, functionality, and comfort, becoming the center of our clients’ lives.

We believe quality living should be within everyone’s reach.
