Doug O. currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Vi3 since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director & Operating Partner in consulting from 2015 to 2020, where responsibilities involved advising leading brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch and VF Corporation. Doug's expertise encompasses board positions with global retailers, including Charlotte Russe and Hire AI, as well as executive advisory roles with Enmos. Prior to consulting, Doug was the interim Vice President of Operations & Technology at Clarks and held the title of Operating Partner from 2009 to 2013, also co-founding Mobeam, which was sold to Samsung. Doug's career in technology leadership includes serving as CIO for adidas Group in EMEA/North America and Rockport from 2005 to 2009.
