Jo Green

Jo Green has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Jo started their career as an HR Assistant at Linklaters in 2005 and spent 3 years there. Jo then moved to Harrods where they worked as an HR Adviser for Fashion & Beauty and Support Services from 2008 to 2010. Jo then joined Burberry as an HR Manager for Corporate departments at their Head Office from 2010 to 2013.

In 2013, Jo joined The Bicester Village Shopping Collection where they held various roles. Jo started as an HR Manager for Group Functions and then progressed to a Senior HR Manager role, providing HR Business Partnering support to departments such as Retail, Marketing, Communications, and Creative. Jo was also involved in the Marketing Transformation program.

Jo's last position before their current role at VIA OUTLETS is People Director - Group Functions at The Bicester Village Shopping Collection. In this role, they provided strategic HR Business Partnering services to Chief Officers across the Group Functions in multiple international locations. Jo also provided executive coaching to senior leadership teams and played a key role in the HR Transformation program, including the successful implementation and roll-out of SAP Success Factors.

In 2019, Jo joined VIA OUTLETS as an HR Director and continues to contribute their expertise in human resources management.

Jo Green began their education at The Kings School in Witney, Oxfordshire in 1988 and continued until 1999. They then attended Wood Green School, also in Witney, Oxfordshire, from 1999 to 2001. At Wood Green School, Jo Green did not pursue a degree but studied Business/Commerce. Afterward, Jo Green attended the University of Plymouth from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Personnel Management. The field of study for their degree was Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.

In terms of additional certifications, Jo Green obtained the certification of Mental Health First Aider from the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in June 2020.
