Chas Hepler is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in leadership and turnaround strategies across various industries. As President and CEO of Via Seating since October 2013, Chas turned around a distressed office seating manufacturer by enhancing distribution, rebranding, and launching 40 award-winning chair series. Prior experience includes serving as a board member for BIFMA, engaging executive roles at ForteONE, and as CEO of Boston Apparel Group, achieving rapid profitability. Chas also founded OILILY USA, establishing a high-end clothing brand that generated $40MM in revenue. Before transitioning to the corporate sector, Chas had a notable career in finance as a Long Bond trader at Continental Bank. Educational credentials include a degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
