Idan Hen

Idan Hen has a diverse work experience with a focus on IT, infrastructure, and network management. Idan is currently the Director of Global IT & Infrastructure at Via since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of P.S & DevOps at mPrest from November 2021 until February 2022.

From December 2019 to November 2021, Idan held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Ofek Technologies. In this role, they managed state-of-the-art data centers, ensuring high availability and stability of networks and implementing new technologies.

Before that, from June 2019 to November 2019, they served as the Director of QA & Network labs at SecurityDAM, and from October 2017 to June 2019, they were the Network operations group manager at the same company. In these roles, they managed operation centers, provided technical solutions to customers, and optimized network operations.

Prior to that, from September 2014 to September 2017, Idan worked as a Network & Security Architect at Clalit Health Services, where they were responsible for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of large-scale data networks.

From August 2011 to August 2014, they served as a Transmission & IP networks expert at Partner Israel, providing engineering services and troubleshooting for customers.

Idan started their career at the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200, where they worked as a Senior Network Technician from July 2005 to August 2011.

Idan Hen obtained a B.A. in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Information Technology from The Center for Academic Studies - Or Yehuda between the years 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, Idan completed their high school education at Rabin High School from 2001 to 2004, specializing as an electro-mechanic technician in the field of Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
