Lara Chang

Lara Chang is an accomplished professional in People Operations and Human Resources with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as People Operations Principal at Via since November 2021, Lara has previously held the position of People Operations Associate Principal. Prior to that, Lara was the US HR & Operations Manager at Ashurst from August 2018 to May 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Business Development Coordinator at K&L Gates, Business Development Assistant at Ashurst, and Student Assistant at the George Washington Law Career Center. Lara also had internships at Yamanair Creative and Sanofi. Lara Chang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The George Washington University, where studies were completed between 2011 and 2015, and attended Shanghai American School.
