Nick Bunn is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Partner Success Principal at Via since September 2025, Bunn previously held the position of Head of Customer Success at OneCrew, where operations were focused on onboarding, support, and retention for a Series A platform serving paving contractors. Bunn co-founded FRONTMAN®, which reimagined acne care and was acquired by Slate Brands in 2024, and co-founded 98Strong, a platform catering to NCAA athlete NIL and influencer needs. Prior experience includes roles at Anheuser-Busch, where Bunn managed a beer loyalty program and contributed to e-commerce marketing strategies, as well as a position as Chief Marketing Officer at Studio 67, a digital marketing agency for startups.
