Sharon Lee

Sharon Lee has a strong background in people operations and compensation. Sharon is currently working at Via as the VP of People Operations, a role they started in April 2022. Prior to Via, Sharon held the position of Director of People Operations at the same company, starting in June 2019 and ending in April 2022. Before joining Via, Sharon worked at Nuveen as an AVP of Compensation from August 2017 to May 2019. Sharon also has experience at Capital One, where they held various roles in compensation management from 2014 to 2017. Before that, Sharon worked at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in Partner Compensation & Reporting from March 2013 to March 2014. Sharon began their career at Morgan Stanley, where they held multiple roles in business analytics and compensation from 2011 to 2013, starting as a Summer Analyst and eventually becoming an Analyst. Additionally, Sharon interned as an HR Business Partner at IBM in 2011.

Sharon Lee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Boston College from 2008 to 2009, focusing on Business Management and Finance.
