Tim Steele

Tim Steele is a professional with diverse experience in strategy, talent acquisition, and office coordination. Currently serving as a Strategy Associate Principal at Via since June 2021, Tim transitioned from a Talent Associate role, contributing to the development of strategic responses to public procurement processes in North America. Tim has also played a crucial role in recruiting and managing talent across global teams, as well as implementing safety protocols during the reopening of Via's NYC headquarters. Prior to Via, Tim held various positions at New York University, focusing on customer service, team leadership, and mentoring within academic and performing arts environments. Tim holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance with a specialization in Musical Theatre from New York University.
