Lars Johansson

Coordinator Climate Neutral Cities 2030 at Viable Cities

Lars Johansson is a seasoned professional specializing in urban planning and sustainability, currently serving as Change Leader for Cities and Societies in Transition at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden and as Coordinator for Climate Neutral Cities 2030 at Viable Cities since March 2022. Previously, Lars held the position of Operations Manager for Sustainable Societies at STUNS from December 2019 to February 2022, and served in various roles including Specialist Manager and Project Manager at Ramboll from October 2013 to November 2019. Early career experiences include Project Manager roles at Energikontoret i Mälardalen and Linköpings Universitet, as well as urban planning at Norrköpings Kommun and various positions in the field of guiding and EU advocacy. Lars holds degrees from Linköping University, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and Stockholm University.
