Chris Childers

Chris Childers has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Chris began their career in 2001 as the Co-Founder of Artifact Software. In 2004, they moved to Agentsmith Inc as the Director of Software Development, where they were responsible for a team of 10, including .NET product development, QA and customer support, and managed 3 products. In 2005, they became the Product Manager at AVIcode. In 2007, they joined XTS as the VP of Marketing and Product Management, responsible for corporate/product marketing and product management, and focused on enterprise sales and solution selling. In 2008, they became the Director of Business Development at AVIcode. In 2010, they joined Microsoft Corporation as a Senior Business Development Manager. In 2012, they became the Senior Vice President at Velaro. In 2015, they moved to Catalyte as the Director of Client Development. In 2019, they joined Avanade as the Director of Infrastructure Offering Lead. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of Client Technical Enablement at VIAcode.

Chris Childers obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont in 1994. Chris also holds two additional certifications: Pragmatic Marketing - Practical Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing obtained in July 2009, and a PMP from the Project Management Institute obtained in May 2005.
