Scott Harris

Scott Harris has an extensive work experience spanning from 1999 to present. In 1999, they were the Chief Operating Officer of Guestech, a provider of high-speed value-added in-room Internet services for the hospitality industry. From 2000 to 2004, they were the Chief Operating Officer of AdaptiveTrade, a software/services provider for supply chain optimization and enterprise decision making for manufacturing. From 2004 to 2011, they were the President and COO of Avatech Solutions, a publicly traded engineering software and consulting provider for manufacturing, architecture, and infrastructure industries. In 2011, they became the Chief Operating Officer and President of Talascend. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Chief Operating Officer of AVIcode, a leading provider of .NET application monitoring and management technology. In 2013, they became the Head of Client Operations at Catalyte, a provider of AI/predictive analytics to create the next generation of software engineering teams/technologist for enterprise clients. In 2017, they joined the Advisory Board of NPower, a nonprofit organization that creates pathways to economic prosperity by launching digital careers for military veterans and young adults from underserved communities. In 2019, they became the President of VIAcode, a Microsoft Azure Gold Partner and Cloud Solution Provider, as well as the Baltimore Workforce Development Board. Additionally, they are the Managing Director of Harris Consulting, a business consulting service provider.

Scott Harris attended The Wharton School, where they earned an Advanced Management Program in Business Management. Scott also attended Tulane University, where they earned a BS in Computer Science/Business.
