Stephen Pelletier

Stephen Pelletier has over 35 years of experience in the technology industry. In 1985, they founded SPELLNET LLC, a Microsoft Certified Partner and Internet Service Provider with a SAS70 compliant data center located in downtown Hartford. As its General Manager and Principal Architect, they were responsible for design, development, and operational management of Internet Hosted IT Infrastructure Solutions, Dedicated Server Co-location, and Responsive Tech Support for dozens of companies spread across multiple time zones. In 2000, they co-founded VIAcode, an agile software development company, and served on its Board of Directors. Stephen also helped to launch CynOps INC, a joint venture of SPELLNET LLC and TyMetrix INC, where they served as Chief Technology Officer. In 2003, they co-founded AVIcode, an award-winning DevOps company. From 2012 to 2017, they were an Angel Investor for Angel Round Capital Fund and Digital Entertainment Ventures Korea Discovery Fund. In 2012, they founded SPELLNET Capital, an investment management firm that holds both debt and equity positions in product-centric technology companies. Currently, Stephen is the Executive Director Cloud Business Development for Cirrus Data Solutions Inc., a privately held developer of enterprise-class data management software solutions. Stephen also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hartford.

Stephen Pelletier began their education at the University of Southern California, where they earned an MS in Education between 1983 and 1985. Stephen then continued their studies at the University of Hartford, where they earned a BS in Computer Science between 1985 and 1988.
