Simon Boag

Simon Boag, CTO of Kensington Capital Acquisition Corporation and Managing Partner of IncWell Venture Funds. He is a board director, board observer, active advisor and investor with numerous enterprises.

Prior to Venture Capital, he served as EVP of Global Manufacturing for Case New Holland and was an Officer at Chrysler Group holding positions as President of Mopar (Global Service & Parts), EVP of Purchasing and VP of Assembly & Stamping.

Boag’s international experience includes his role as Daimler VP of Production Planning with the Mercedes Car Group in Stuttgart, Germany, President and Managing Director for General Motors Argentina, Paraguay & Uruguay and President of the General Motors-Suzuki Canadian joint venture CAMI Automotive.
