Achim Hoth has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Achim is the Co-Founder of vialytics, a company that utilizes artificial intelligence to detect road distresses and helps cities manage their roads. As the Founder of Challengr, they launched six apps, with five of them gaining top positions in their respective categories in multiple countries. One of their apps, Departure, was featured by Apple and nominated for the German Design Award. Achim also founded Ubidis, a company aimed at developing the first E-Ink Smarthome display, and midzi, a mobile product that automatically updates address books. Additionally, they worked as a Mobile Product Manager at ENLIFOR and co-founded Fast Feedback, a startup that provided tablets to restaurants for collecting customer feedback. Achim's earlier experiences include an internship in WordPress development at Strato AG, a mobile development internship at Media Man, and a working student position at Hochschule RheinMain. Achim also worked as a freelance web developer for Westend Media.

Achim Hoth completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Media Management from RheinMain University of Applied Sciences between 2009 and 2012. Following this, between 2012 and 2014, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Electronic Media from Stuttgart Media University.
