Curt Sigfstead

Curt Sigfstead serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Clio, overseeing all finance functions and engaging in venture investments and investor relations. With a robust background in finance, Curt has contributed to various organizations including Bain Capital Ventures as a CFO Advisory Board Member, The Circle by Founders Circle Capital as a CFO|Circle Member, and Brown Angel Group as an angel investor supporting Brown alumni startups. Prior to Clio, Curt held the CFO position at Clearco, where significant growth was achieved, and was instrumental in leading major financial transactions at J.P. Morgan, including over $200 billion in technology mergers and acquisitions. Curt holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA in Finance from Ivey Business School at Western University.
