Frédéric Robinet

Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder at Vianova

Frédéric Robinet has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Frédéric is currently the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder at Vianova I/O, where they focus on building and scaling the technical team and stack in a startup context. Frédéric helps cities and micro-mobility operators improve transportation using Vianova's data platform.

Prior to this, Frédéric worked as the Director of Product Management at Privowny from 2019 to 2020. Frédéric was responsible for overseeing product management strategies.

From 2016 to 2019, Frédéric worked at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi as the Head of Platform and Architecture for Alliance Connected Vehicles. Frédéric successfully built and led a team of platform engineers and architects and deployed a PaaS platform for cloud-native applications worldwide.

In 2016, Frédéric briefly worked as the Lead Cloud Architect at Sylpheo before it was acquired by Renault. Frédéric designed a global architecture around Salesforce projects and built MVPs for Industry 4.0 applications.

From 2011 to 2015, Frédéric worked as the Lead Platform Engineer at Appsfire. Frédéric played a crucial role in architecting and building a solid mobile ad platform and collaborating with the sales and business teams.

In 2011, Frédéric co-founded Keldeal, an innovative startup where they served as the R&D Manager. Frédéric was involved in various aspects of the company, including legal, technical, and financial.

Prior to Keldeal, Frédéric worked at MediaGong as the Lead PHP and Technical Project Leader. Frédéric managed a team of web developers and assisted major accounts with digital strategy.

Frédéric started their career as a Software Engineer at Sopra Group from 2008 to 2009.

Frédéric Robinet obtained their Master Bac +5 degree in Computer Science from EPITECH - European Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2001 to 2002, where they pursued Maths, Physics, and Computer Science studies. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained certifications in first aid, including Premier secours en équipe niveau 2 (PSE2) in February 2017 and Premier Secours en Equipe niveau 1 (PSE1) in January 2016, from the Protection Civile de Paris.
