Jared Maile

Jared Maile is currently working as a Specialist 2 in HR at ViaPath Technologies, where Jared assists in the onboarding process for new hires. Prior to this, Jared worked as a Tasting Room Associate at Fleetwood Farm Winery, where Jared engaged customers in wine tastings and promoted wine club memberships. Jared also worked as a Barback at the winery, handling customer complaints and training new employees. Before that, Jared worked as an Associate at Moo Thru, setting up operations and assisting in customer experiences. Additionally, Jared has experience as a Food Bagger/Cashier at a Chick-fil-A franchise. Jared holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from George Mason University.
