Mark Hendrix

Mark Hendrix has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Mark is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at viaPhoton since November 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Engineering at viaPhoton from January 2020. Before joining viaPhoton, Mark was the Principal and Owner of SRC-Design Solutions, LLC from May 2019 to January 2020. Mark also worked as an Executive Consultant at Telco Design Connect from June 2019 to December 2019. Mark's previous roles include Director of Engineering at CommScope from January 2017 to April 2019, Product Line Manager at CommScope from September 2012 to December 2016, and Senior Engineering Manager at CommScope from October 2005 to August 2012. Mark served as an Engineering Manager at Xtera Communications from 2001 to 2005, at Marconi from 1999 to 2001, at Fujitsu Network Communications from 1992 to 1999, and as a Senior Design Engineer at Texas Instruments from 1982 to 1992.

Mark Hendrix has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University. Mark also holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
