Nahid Islam

Nahid Islam has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Nahid is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at viaPhoton since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at CommScope for a decade as an Engineering Manager, focusing on FTTA & PTTA applications. Before that, they spent 15 years at CommScope as a Principal Product Development Engineer & Technical Lead, specializing in Fiber to the Antenna (FTTA) Systems.

Nahid Islam holds a Certification in Executive Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, which was completed by 2015. Prior to that, Nahid completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Composite Materials Engineering from Winona State University. The specific start and end years for this degree are not provided.
