Ajay Prabhakar

Ajay Prabhakar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ajay started their career as an Associate Consultant at HCL Infosystems Ltd in 1999 and then joined Hughes Software Systems as a Technical Leader in 2000. At Hughes Software Systems, Ajay implemented a naming service for EMS, performed system scaling of a conditional access controller for NOCC, and optimized an emulator for pair-wise testing.

Ajay then worked at Motorola as a Senior Staff Engineer, where they focused on system engineering and mentored development and testing teams. Ajay moved on to Hughes Systique Corporation as a Principal Engineer, where they led the architecture design and implementation of a Proof of Concept (POC) on Femtocell and evaluated open source components for the POC.

In 2010, Ajay joined Aricent as a Senior Engineering Manager, where they spearheaded teams working on client accounts and internal innovation initiatives. Ajay enhanced two client accounts by 50%, organized an upskilling initiative for iOS and Xamarin skills.

After Aricent, Ajay held positions as the Head of Product Engineering at Softdew Tech Pvt Ltd and Lepton Software. Their responsibilities included leading product engineering teams and overseeing product development. Currently, Ajay is working as the Director of Technology at ViaPlus by VINCI Highways.

Ajay Prabhakar attended Baptist Sr Sec School in Bhiwani from 1980 to 1986. Ajay then went on to Halwasiya Vidya Vihar, also in Bhiwani, where they pursued their secondary education from 1986 to 1994. After completing their secondary education, Ajay Prabhakar enrolled in the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
