ViaPsych is a psychology matching and coordination service. We connect people seeking psychological support with independent, registered psychologists, and we coordinate the process so it is clear from the first step.

Finding the right psychologist is often the hardest part of getting support. Long waitlists, unclear options, and no straightforward way to know who is a good fit leave people stuck before they begin. ViaPsych removes that friction. We learn what someone is looking for, match them with an appropriate independent provider, and coordinate the connection.

ViaPsych is a non-clinical service. We do not provide therapy, assessment, or clinical advice. All psychological services are delivered by independent registered psychologists who hold full and sole responsibility for their own clinical work. Our role is administrative and facilitative: matching, coordination, and support throughout the process.

Fees are transparent and explained upfront. The ViaPsych coordination fee is separate from the fee set by the independent psychologist for their clinical services.

For clinicians: ViaPsych is building a network of independent registered psychologists. If you are a registered provider who wants matched referrals while keeping full clinical independence, we would like to hear from you.
