Stephen Doyle

Stephen Doyle has over a decade of experience in cloud and network operations, currently serving as Cloud and Network Operations Manager at Viatel since January 2010. In this role, Stephen leads the Cloud and Network Operations Centre, overseeing both Network Engineering and Voice Engineering teams to ensure the delivery and support of customer services across various platforms, including Cloud, Data, Voice, and Security. Previous positions at Viatel include Network Operations Manager and NOC Manager, where responsibilities encompassed service life cycle management, incident management, and ISO27001 compliance. Stephen's background also includes roles at Digiweb as a Network Engineer and at ICE Broadband as a Rollout/Project Manager and NOC Manager. An alumnus of Technological University Dublin, Stephen holds a B.Sc (Honours) in Computing & IT and another B.Sc in Computing and IT.
