Ashutosh Kumar

Ashutosh Kumar, PhD, DABT, is currently a Senior Lead Pharmacologist/Toxicologist at Viatris, with over 15 years of experience in regulatory toxicology, risk assessment, and product development. They previously held positions at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences as a Postdoctoral Scientist and at Altria as a Senior Scientist and Principal Scientist. Ashutosh completed their PhD in Toxicology at the CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research and holds an MS in Biotechnology from the University of Calicut. Their expertise includes drafting non-clinical documents for regulatory submissions and managing multi-organizational projects, along with a strong track record of research publications and mentorship.
