Maxwell Young

Maxwell Young serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing Operations for the Eye Care Division at Viatris since January 2023, overseeing the design and management of cross-functional capabilities within the commercial team. Prior to this role, Maxwell was the Head of Sales Operations at Oyster Point Pharma, leading similar initiatives from June 2021 to February 2023. At Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Maxwell held various positions including Associate Director of Incentive Compensation, where responsibilities included designing incentive plans and managing sales operations for multiple business units. Earlier experience includes roles at ZS as an Associate Consultant and Business Analyst, as well as an internship at Molecular Rebar Design focusing on research in conductive materials. Maxwell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Spanish Language and Literature from Case Western Reserve University.
