Michael Sasso

Michael Sasso is an experienced attorney currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel for Advertising and Promotion at Viatris, where responsibilities include managing a team of attorneys and providing cross-functional legal advice on promotional materials and commercial communications. Previously, Michael held leadership roles at Advanced Accelerator Applications as Director and Associate Director of Counsel and worked as Of Counsel in the Litigation Practice Group at DLA Piper. Extensive experience at Pfizer involved roles such as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel within the Compliance Division, focusing on compliance with healthcare regulations and product counsel for major pharmaceutical products. Michael began his career at Alcatel-Lucent in financial planning and analysis. Michael holds a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a focus on International Relations from Dartmouth College.
