ViaWest Group is a commercial real estate investment and services firm with a primary focus on value-add and opportunistic office and industrial properties.

Through a combination of funds, individual transactions and programmatic joint ventures, we invest our clients' and partners’ capital alongside our own in acquisition and development opportunities with attractive risk-return attributes and an expectation of above-market returns. All of our assets, as well as many of our clients’, are managed through an extremely proactive property and asset management program.

Our close coverage of both the public and private real estate markets enables us to identify, understand and execute investment strategies before they become more broadly understood by the general market. We believe our combination of hands-on real estate expertise and perspective on the broader market gives us an advantage that enables us to achieve our mission of maximizing the value of real estate opportunities.
