Jean R. is an experienced operations executive, currently serving as COO at ViaXoft since December 2025. Prior to this role, Jean held various leadership positions, including Head of Operations Excellence and Head of Operations for Otoqi, managing international teams and improving operational processes across multiple countries. In earlier roles, Jean significantly contributed to scaling operations at iziwork and Meero, where Jean was instrumental in establishing and expanding the Indian office. With a strong foundation in management consultancy and economics, Jean holds a Master's degree in Management from ESDES Business School and a Master's of Science in Management Consultancy from Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business UCD.
