VibeFounders is a community and learning system for founders building AI-powered businesses. We work with operators using AI as practical leverage to ship real products, run real companies, and build real revenue.

We're not a Slack channel, a tutorial library, or another AI tools roundup. We're a deliberate, cohort-based community of founders who use AI to compound their work instead of inflate it.

What we do:
Smart Launch AI is the operating system at the center of the community.
Six modules covering AI strategy, offer design, prompting, building products, AI-enhanced marketing, and scaling with smart systems.

Members get monthly live group coaching, direct access to the founder, and lifetime access to all updates.

The community itself meets online for working sessions, accountability, and case studies, and offline through occasional in-person gatherings.

We grow in cohorts to keep the experience deliberate. The founding cohort is currently building the system alongside the founder.

Who it's for:
Founders, indie hackers, and operators who have shipped before, are using AI seriously already, and want a peer group of builders rather than a content audience.

Particularly relevant for solo and SME team founders running SaaS, services, content businesses, and digital products.

Who runs it:
Founded by Alex Russo. Three-time founder with 20+ years in tech and marketing.
Built software for Fortune 100 companies. Worked with eight-figure brands. Taught over 20,000 students across multiple platforms.

Alex runs an AI and business community in lisbon counting 1000+ members.

Based in Lisbon, Portugal.

What we believe:
Most "AI productivity" wins are smaller than they feel. Real leverage compounds. Communities should be small enough to know each other. Founders ship.

Operators don't talk about being operators.
