Jeff Steffgen

Jeff Steffgen has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jeff is currently the Director of Product Design at Vibes. Prior to their current position, they were the Product Experience Lead at Outcome Health, where they led the design strategy and execution for ad campaign/content delivery platforms. Before that, they served as the Director of Product Experience at mLevel, where they were responsible for the global enterprise learning platform. Jeff has also worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at The SAVO Group, where they played a key role in the early stage growth of the company's mobile apps. Jeff has also held positions at LexisNexis, where they were a UX Designer and Creative Director, and at Mercantec, Inc., where they served as an Art Director. Jeff started their career in the marketing communications industry as a Graphic Designer at Via Creative and The Northern Star Newspaper.

Jeff Steffgen obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communications/Design from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
