Mike Fuller

Mike Fuller is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Director of Launch Services & Customer Success at Vibes since March 2014. In this role, Mike oversees a team of customer success managers and is responsible for retaining and growing $7 million in annual recurring revenue across 25+ strategic enterprise customers. Mike's previous positions at Vibes include Senior Manager of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Vibes, Mike worked at Switchfast Technologies as an Account Manager and interned at Rocket Science Music Group, where promotional campaigns were managed. Additionally, Mike is a volunteer in the Fishes Department at Shedd Aquarium, involved in animal husbandry and shark feeding. Mike holds a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from Loyola University Chicago.
