I'm Ruth, an Acupuncturist and Classical Chinese Medicine practitioner trained in sound therapy, tai chi, and health coaching. I love combining acupuncture with sound, using the powerfully healing vibrations of the voice, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, flutes, and various chimes, strings, and percussion to create an immersive healing experience that opens, clears, and balances the body, nervous system, and mind.

As your health care provider, my goal is to empower you to  achieve holistic wellness. I start with a thorough review of your health history, current goals, and the various interconnected systems in your body to build a "heatmap" that informs the holistic approach we will take in optimizing your health. This exercise will track your progress over time and be a tool for developing greater body awareness, leading to a more empowered relationship with your own health.
