Vibrant Care Pharmacy, formerly Elmhurst Pharmacy, has proudly served the East Bay and wider Bay Area since 1968. We are an independent, community pharmacy, serving Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Hospice, Day Program, Skilled Nursing, and Behavioral Health patients and facilities.
