Alan Galstians is the director of Natskin Holdings Pty Ltd, overseeing a retreat spa and a professional skin and body therapy salon. Alan leads initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact while developing scalable business models for strategic expansion. With over 18 years of industry experience, Alan was a founding member and vice president of the Australasian Spa Association. Currently, as a Lead Investigator at Consumer Affairs Victoria, Alan conducts in-depth investigations into consumer complaints, ensuring fair resolutions in compliance with relevant regulations.
