Hayley Baxter

Hayley Baxter is an experienced executive in government procurement, currently serving as the Executive Director at the Department of Government Services since 2023. Previously, Hayley held several significant roles at the Department of Treasury and Finance, Victoria, including Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing and Senior Manager of Sourcing, where they led multi-million dollar tenders and the procurement policy and reform team. Hayley also contributed to the Meetings Industry Association of Australia and KPMG Advisory, offering strategic procurement and advisory services to various organizations. Hayley earned a Masters of Applied Commerce in Accounting from the University of Melbourne and holds two Bachelor's degrees in Business, specializing in Hotel and Catering Management and Tourism Management.
