James Baker is currently the General Manager of Consumer Affairs Victoria Legal at the Department of Government Services. Previously, they served as a Senior Advocate in the Legal Services Branch at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, and held various positions at the Office of Public Prosecutions, including Solicitor in the Trial Division & Complex Crime. Additionally, James worked as a Supervising Lawyer for Victoria Police and as a Lawyer in the Enforcement Group at WorkSafe Victoria. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at La Trobe University and a degree in Criminal Justice Administration at RMIT University.
