James Stuart is a senior leader and program management specialist currently serving as the Director of Transformation PMO at the Department of Government Services. With over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, James previously managed projects at the Department of Justice and Regulation in Victoria and led the Digital Employee Experience Transformation Program at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Vic). James holds a Master of Business Administration from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of East London.
