Katie Hoh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grants data architecture and technical consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Grants Data Architect at the Department of Government Services since July 2023, Katie previously held the same title at the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions from December 2019 to September 2023, and also served as a Senior Manager and Application Development Specialist in Oracle Cloud Technical Support. Prior to these roles, Katie worked at UXC Red Rock as an Oracle Technical Consultant from June 2005 to December 2019 and started a career as an Oracle Application Technical Consultant at Oracle Malaysia from May 2000 to April 2005. Katie holds a Master of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics and Computer Science, both from Swinburne University of Technology.

The Department of Government Services was established on 1 January 2023 to improve everyone’s experience of doing business and interacting with the Victorian Government. Our vision is to accelerate digital transformation and corporate reform by bringing important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for all Victorians and businesses. We are progressing work to connect and digitise our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.
