Kevin Duong has extensive experience in procurement and telecommunications, with a career spanning nearly two decades in various roles within government departments. Beginning as a Telecommunications Officer at the Department of Treasury and Finance, Victoria, from November 2004 to September 2008, Kevin progressed to significant positions including Corporate Procurement Adviser and ICT Team Leader.
