Lee Rankin is a seasoned Senior PM and HR/IR leader with over 15 years of experience in diverse organizations, ranging from global companies to software start-ups. Currently serving as an HCM Project Manager at the Department of Government Services, Lee previously held multiple senior HR roles at Serco, where they provided expert industrial relations and employee relations advice, developed strategic initiatives, and managed numerous enterprise agreements. Lee also contributed to HR and HRIS implementations across several organizations, demonstrating a strong acumen in strategic HR, project management, and compliance. Lee holds a Bachelor of Business degree in HRM and Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, as well as a Bachelor of Business in Entrepreneurship from the University of Miami.
