Sam Gillespie is currently the Director of WoVG IT Strategic Sourcing & Digital at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Victoria), where they lead the development of sourcing strategies to drive digital transformation. Previously, they served as the A/Executive Director of Digital Transformation and have held various leadership roles in procurement and project management across multiple organizations, including Colt Technology Services and Victoria Police. Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science from Victoria University of Wellington, graduating in 2004. They are dedicated to creating effective partnerships and enhancing public service through innovative digital solutions.
