Samuel Bell

Samuel Bell is a seasoned Senior Strategic Accommodation Adviser managing leasing transactions and negotiations for Australia Post and StarTrack in VIC & TAS. They have extensive experience in property management, having previously led teams in the disposal of large assets and negotiated numerous commercial leases. Samuel's career includes roles as Head of Property for Wild Timor Coffee, where they oversaw lease negotiations for the Veterans Owned Social Enterprise, and as a Private in the Australian Army since 2005, gaining strong leadership skills and team management experience. They hold an Advanced Diploma in International Business from Swinburne University of Technology and have furthered their qualifications in real estate.
