The Department of Government Services was established on 1 January 2023 to improve everyone’s experience of doing business and interacting with the Victorian Government.  

Our vision is to accelerate digital transformation and corporate reform by bringing important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for all Victorians and businesses. We are progressing work to connect and digitise our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.

Business Analysis

The Corporate Governance and Administration team at the Department of Government Services is responsible for overseeing internal governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing operational efficiencies. This team plays a crucial role in supporting organizational leadership through strategic planning, managing human resources, and facilitating effective communication across departments. By streamlining processes and integrating services, they contribute to the department’s goal of improving the overall experience for businesses and citizens interacting with the Victorian Government.
