Benoit Miret currently serves as the Director of the Montalieu plant at Groupe Vicat since February 2015, overseeing safety, quality, environment, and operational management while implementing low carbon solutions for cement production. Previous roles within Groupe Vicat include Deputy Factory Director for the Grenoble sites and Process Manager, focusing on performance improvement and operational management. Benoit began a career in maintenance engineering and project management aimed at continuous improvement. Earlier experience includes an internship at Sanofi, where Benoit validated a continuous flow process within R&D teams. Benoit holds engineering degrees from École Polytechnique and École Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques.
