Hayley Pappas is a creative executive, director, and producer with over 10 years of experience in the film industry, having worked on more than 40 produced titles, including Academy Award-nominated and Emmy Award-winning projects. Currently, Hayley serves as the Global Creative Director for Non-Scripted at Vice Studios and is a partner at SecondNature, where they develop and produce premium nonfiction content. Previously, Hayley was the CEO of RYOT Films, leading the Emmy Award-winning studio through its acquisition by Verizon Media and launching a significant film fund in partnership with Vice Studios. Hayley’s noteworthy credits include directing the HBO docuseries "Breath of Fire" and producing Netflix's documentary "White Hot." They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a Minor in Cinematic Arts from the University of Southern California.
