Derek Moellinger

Derek Moellinger is a seasoned real estate professional with over 22 years of experience in various facets of real estate, including buying, selling, managing, and flipping assets. Since January 2014, Derek has served as the Real Estate Broker and Owner of VICE Realty Group, managing a significant portfolio of over $150 million in assets. As the owner of Vice Realty, Derek oversees operations that encompass residential, commercial, and property management services, holding both MLS and non-MLS designations. Additionally, Derek has a robust background as an investor, owning approximately 94 rental properties in the Las Vegas market, with current holdings valued at over $5 million. Prior experience includes positions as a Broker Salesperson at United Realty Group from 2016 to 2017 and CENTURY 21® from 2003 to 2016.
