Atul Jain has a vast and diverse work experience in the financial technology and capital markets fields. Atul is the Group CEO and Founder of Vichara Technologies since 2001, where they are responsible for managing all aspects of the global firm focused on software systems for trading in the capital markets. Atul provides advisory services to clients on various issues related to system design, software engineering, IT strategy, project management, and technology development. Atul also formulates the firm's product strategy in areas such as structured finance, portfolio management, and quantitative finance.

In addition, Atul has held CEO and Founder roles in other companies, including Tech Management Group (PR) since 2017, Tech Labs Colombia SAS since 2006, RAM Food Group since 2011, and Ahimsa (PR) since 2018.

Prior to these roles, Atul served as the Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at Unisys from 1999 to 2001, where they also played a key role in developing the company's offshore outsourcing capability. Atul initially joined Unisys through its acquisition of TechHackers, a capital markets technology firm that they founded and led as CEO from 1986 to 1999.

Before their time at Unisys, Atul worked as a Consultant at Citi from 1987 to 1998, where they were involved in architecting fixed income and derivatives enterprise software architecture and creating analytics delivery platforms for research departments. Atul also worked as a Consultant at Lehman Brothers from 1996 to 1997 and Goldman Sachs from 1991 to 1993.

Atul Jain completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 1980 to 1984. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at MIT from 1984 to 1985. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Atul attended Stuyvesant High School from 1977 to 1980.
