Victor C.

Victor C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Victor started their career in 2009 as a Purchases and Inventories role at Mol Labs Ltda, where they developed the purchasing management process and studied and monitored suppliers. In 2009, they worked as a Production Manager at NOMADA, where they were responsible for planning, cost control, and analysis of production.

In 2011, Victor joined INCOLBEST S.A. as a Cost Assistant, where they audited physical inventories, coordinated physical inventories, and monitored, analyzed, and controlled inventory management. Victor then moved on to become an Operational Planning role at INCOLBEST S.A. in 2012, where they were responsible for executing the Operational Planning process.

In 2014, Victor joined Massy Energy Colombia S.A.S. as an SCM Consultant. In this role, they were in charge of cataloging materials, preparation of technical and economic proposals, and negotiation and execution of contracts with various companies in the sector. Victor also had constant consulting meetings and presentation of proposals with companies such as Ecopetrol, Equion Energy, and Cenit Transporte de Hidrocarburos. Victor also developed internal cataloging software TAXOTOOL for Massy Energy.

Victor's next role was as a Projects Engineer at Massy Energy Colombia S.A.S., where they automated processes through Power Automate, generated JD Edwards ERP reports, and created dashboards with KPIs to control inventory levels. Victor also developed and implemented the Kardex for inventory control.

In 2019, Victor joined Misió Temporal - Proyecto Cenit as a Professional Sr. Logistics and Inventory. Victor elaborated project control dashboards in Power BI, monitored work plans and projects, and developed a monitoring model for the entire logistics process.

From 2020 to 2021, Victor worked at Massy Energy Colombia S.A.S. as a Professional II. Victor automated processes through Power Automate, generated SAP reports stored in SharePoint, and created dashboards in Power BI. Victor also developed a monitoring model for the entire logistics process.

In 2021, Victor joined the Soft dev team - 321 Ignition Project as a Project Manager. Victor was the Product Owner for Avanto (US Company) and was responsible for the development and coordination of the Orderbahn project. Victor used SCRUM framework with Sprint cycles executed every 2 weeks.

Currently, Victor is a Software Engineer BI at Vichara Technologies, starting in 2023.

Victor C. started their education journey in 2006 at Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), where they pursued a degree in Tecnología Industrial. This program lasted until 2008. Afterwards, Victor enrolled at Universidad Autónoma de Colombia in 2010 to pursue a degree in Industrial Engineering, which they completed in 2014. In 2017, Victor decided to expand their language skills and enrolled in Sydney College of English - SCE to study General English Intermediate B1. The following year, in 2018, they further enhanced their language proficiency by attending the English Language Company for the Intensive General English Advance Level.
