Kate Brown is a corporate governance lawyer and regulatory compliance specialist with over 20 years of experience in both ASX listed companies and the public sector. They have developed expertise in converting regulatory requirements into practical outcomes, focusing on stakeholder engagement, ESG, and sustainability reporting. Kate has held significant roles including Special Counsel Governance at Medibank and Group Governance Counsel at SEEK, where they introduced ESG strategies and undertook modern slavery reporting. Currently, Kate serves as Deputy Company Secretary at Vicinity Centres while continuing their education in law and corporate governance at the University of Melbourne.
